G650 flies for
first time |
Gulfstream Aerospace Corp has announced that a
second ultra-large-cabin, ultra-long-range Gulfstream
G650 has completed its first flight. The second test
article - known as T2 - took off from Savannah/
Hilton Head International Airport at 12:50 p.m. on Thursday, Feb. 25, with
senior experimental test pilots Gary Freeman and Scott Buethe in the
cockpit.

Dassault Falcon delivered the first Falcon 7X to
China on March 5th. Two more will be delivered to
mainland China by the end of this month. "This is
a significant milestone for the Falcon 7X program

Cessna Aircraft Company announced the Citation CJ4
has gained type certification by the U.S. Federal
Aviation Administration (FAA). Deliveries are set to
begin later this year. The final results of extensive flight testing have
validated significant performance enhancements including a takeoff
distance of 3,130 feet (954 meters) at maximum takeoff weight, capable

the first Hawker 4000 business jet in China. Certified

is expanding with the addition to the fleet of an
Embraer Legacy 600 and a Cessna Citation XLS. The expansion means LEA
now operates five Legacy 600s and five mid-size Citations in a total fleet

Titan Airways, the London Stansted-based VIP charter specialist, has expanded its fleet with the introduction of a Boeing 767-300ER. The new
aircraft is Titan's first wide-bodied aircraft configured with 265 seats in a 2/3/2 layout. Registered G-POWD, the 767 arrived from Taipei in
December on an eight year lease from GECAS.

Dassault Aviation, has appointed Mr Renaud Cloatre
as the new Sales Director for the Middle East region,
based in Dubai. The new appointment comes as the
company establishes its new regional sales office in
the Dubai Airport Free Zone. Dassault delivered a
total of 21 large cabin Falcons in the last three years
in the Middle East, growing the regional fleet by
more than 60 per cent.

Raisbeck Engineering revealed that it has frozen its
final design for the Raisbeck Aft Fuselage Locker
for the Learjet 60, and is progressing with detailed
design. FAA certification flight test on the aerodynamic
